The Jamieson Laboratory Group has a profound interest on the phenotypic, spatial and temporal heterogeneity that exists at the macroscopic, regional, individual cellular regions, single-cell and molecules. We have expertise in spatial biology interrogation via a range of spatial transcriptomics and multi-omic methods including NanoString GeoMx, 10x Genomics Visium and NanoString CosMx.
